The trip took me north of the Arctic Circle where I found pure white snow that crunched under my feet as the bright sun, which shone through the gorgeous clear blue sky, and warmed my face.
I was doing things I had never done before in a place I’d never been to, and I was attempting to document the experience with a smartphone.

The best way to experience the special light of Lapland is to take it in at all times of the day.
